Change Management Consultant

Join our team as a Change Management Consultant and play a pivotal role in driving the implementation of innovative solutions. This remote position offers the opportunity to lead strategic initiatives and facilitate the adoption of cutting-edge technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy to support project goals.
• Identify and analyze use cases, leading engaging virtual workshops to promote understanding and adoption.
• Conduct demonstrations and host live office hours to provide ongoing support and guidance.
• Maintain a professional and respectful work environment, acting with integrity and responsibility.
• Travel to Detroit 1-2 times per month for 2-3 days to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

• 6-10 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating expertise in change management.
