Akkodis is seeking a – “Change Management Consultant” for a Contract position with a client located in Chicago, IL (Remote). Note: *Travel to Detroit 1-2x/month for 2-3 days/week
Pay Range: $80 - $85/hr. (The rate/salary may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.).
Position Overview
We're seeking a Change Management Consultant to drive Gemini implementation/AI adoption.
Responsibilities:
• Driving adoption and implementing a change management & strategy plan for Gemini
• Identifying use cases then leading virtual workshops about them
• Leading demos
• Hosting live office hours
• Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold the firm’s respectful and courteous work environment.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
• 6 - 10 years of experience in a related role
• Proven facilitator & presentation skills,
• Strong exec presence
