- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, particularly in relation to Health and Human Services.
- Proficient in project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) processes.
- Familiarity with government RFP responses and statement of work (SOW) activities.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage competing demands.
- Knowledge of project controls and risk management strategies.
