- Process staff advances, travel reimbursements, and unit travel awards efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with vendors, customers, and staff to address inquiries and maintain strong relationships.
- Assist in the preparation of 1099 forms and manage contractor data updates.
- Support the supervisor with the escheatment process and weekly check runs.
- Maintain organized vendor files and ensure accuracy in documentation.
- Process wire transfers, including necessary bank verifications.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support the finance team.
- 1-2 years of experience in an accounts payable environment.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficient in communication, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing schedules and priorities.
- Knowledge of financial processes and compliance requirements.
