Skills
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst with a focus on requirements elicitation and documentation.
- Strong communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts in business terms.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and foster collaboration.
- Proficiency in Salesforce ecosystems, including Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and managing user stories.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with diverse teams and stakeholders.
