We are seeking a proactive and organized Part-Time Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations at River Bluff Townhomes, a welcoming 36-unit senior living community in West Bend. The position offers a consistent part-time schedule and the opportunity to support a community that promotes comfort, stability, and quality of life for older adults.
Position Details:
- Location: River Bluff Townhomes
- Schedule: Part-time, approximately 24 hours per week. Hours are needed at least three business days per week (Monday through Friday), primarily during first-shift hours. There is flexibility in how the hours are distributed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day property operations including leasing, resident relations, and vendor coordination
- Ensure timely rent collection and accurate record-keeping
- Oversee maintenance requests and property upkeep
- Support marketing and community engagement efforts
- Maintain compliance with company policies and housing regulations.
Requirements
