Director of Sales Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and support the sales team to achieve revenue goals
- Establish sales territories, quotas, and performance standards
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Forecast business levels and report regularly on team performance
- Develop and execute innovative sales and marketing strategies
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Represent the hotel at industry and community events
Director of Sales Qualifications
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or a related discipline
- Previous supervisory or management experience required
- Knowledge of CRM systems and sales tracking tools
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building abilities
- Proven relationship-building and client-engagement skills
Compensation Package
- Salary: $70,000 – $85,000 base, commensurate with experience
- Bonuses: Quarterly incentive program
