General Manager

A rapidly expanding, premier quick-service brand in the Nashville area is seeking an operational leader to take the helm at one of its flagship high-volume locations. Position Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations, financial performance, and overall guest experience for a high-volume store.
• Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, as well as leading recruitment efforts.
• Drive operational excellence across early morning schedules, inventory management, labor optimization, and product quality.
• Manage store-level P&L, budgeting, cost controls, and cash handling processes to maximize location profitability.
• Foster an engaging team culture aligned with company values, handling scheduling, conflict resolution, and staff development.
• Ensure strict compliance with food safety, facility maintenance, brand standards, and labor regulations.

Position Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of restaurant management or store leadership experience.
• Strong track record in employee development, recruiting, team building, and managing dynamic personnel.
• Hands-on, working manager leadership style with the ability to lead by example during peak operational hours.
• Availability to work early morning shifts starting between 2:00 AM and 3:00 AM (typical shift length 8–10 hours, ~45 hours/week).
• Strong business acumen, including familiarity with labor schedules, inventory control, and budget management.

Compensation: $70,000 to $75,000 per year base salary (commensurate with experience) performance bonus up to 25%, comprehensive health, dental, and vison, PTO and more!
