What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Sales position at Horizon Hospitality Associates, Inc?
We are seeking a talented Director of Sales for a luxury resort destination located just west of Detroit. Compensation: $150,000 - $180,000/yr bonus, comprehensive health, dental, and vision, 401K with match, PTO, and more!
Requirements:
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive hotel sales experience with a proven track record of driving revenue at upscale, full-service properties
- Extensive experience in full-service hotels with significant meeting and event space, including large-scale conferences, banquets, and social functions
- Demonstrated success in wedding and social event sales, from prospecting through execution, with a focus on premium clientele
- Proven leadership ability, with experience building, mentoring, and motivating high-performing sales teams
- Strong business and financial acumen, including expertise in forecasting, budgeting, and revenue strategy
