Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Clubhouse-Style Operations - Oversee all daily operations across Dining, Maintenance, Housekeeping, Activities, and Front Desk, ensuring smooth, efficient, and service-oriented execution—similar to managing a high-end clubhouse with multiple departments.
- Be the Face of the Community - Serve as the primary point of contact for residents and families, ensuring needs are met with professionalism, warmth, and responsiveness while maintaining full compliance with regulations governing independent senior living.
- Drive Financial & Operational Performance - Manage annual operating and capital budgets; monitor and analyze key metrics (expenses, revenue, occupancy/retention, satisfaction); and ensure accurate financial reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Lead & Develop the Team - Oversee HR functions including hiring, onboarding, training, coaching, corrective action, and staff scheduling. Hold department managers accountable for service standards and operational excellence, while fostering a positive, team-focused culture.
- Elevate the Resident Experience - Partner closely with Dining and Activities leadership to deliver an engaging, hospitality-driven experience—great meals, well-run events, and a welcoming environment where residents feel known, respected, and cared for.
Qualifications Required:
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in hospitality, private clubs, resorts, senior living, or a closely related service-driven environment.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, control expenses, and improve operational and financial performance.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills with an approachable, hands-on management style.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in financial reporting, forecasting, and performance evaluation.
