Horizon Health in any Horizon Location is seeking a full-time Human Resource Coordinator. The Human Resources (HR) Coordinator provides administrative, operational and strategic human resources support to the HR Department and Horizon Health. Successful candidates for

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain paperless document database and ensure that relevant and up-to-date employee documents are uploaded into the HRIS system.
- Process enrollment forms and coordinate health, dental, vision, Aflac, flex spending account, life and disability insurance with the various service providers concerning routine administration of programs for employee benefits.
- Schedule and attend leave conversations and process employee FMLA and STD paperwork.
