Your Role as a Lead Fence Installer
As a Lead Fence Installer, you'll take charge of installation projects from start to finish. You'll manage and motivate a team, uphold high standards of workmanship, and ensure projects are completed on time and to our quality benchmarks.
Daily responsibilities include:
- Leading installation crews and managing workflow on job sites
- Ensuring adherence to project specifications and safety standards
- Mentoring and training junior installers
