We're currently hiring a Full-Time Fence Install Apprentice to join our team in South Portland, ME. This hands-on role offers real-world experience, on-the-job training, and the chance to work alongside experienced professionals who take pride in quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do:
As a Fence Install Apprentice, you'll work closely with lead installers on residential and commercial fencing projects. You'll learn the fundamentals of fence installation, including:
- Measuring, cutting, and assembling materials
- Assisting with post hole digging and setting posts securely
- Installing wood, vinyl, and chain link fences
- Following all safety procedures and job site protocols
- Collaborating with your team to complete projects efficiently and professionally
What We're Looking For:
- Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Prior experience in fencing or construction is a plus-but not required
