Your Role:
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will meet with mostly residential clients to understand their fencing needs and present customized solutions. You'll play a vital role in growing our customer base while building long-term relationships rooted in trust and expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-home consultations with clients to assess fencing needs
- Follow our established sales process to guide clients from consultation to close
- Create and present tailored fencing proposals and solutions
- Maintain accurate records, measurements, and notes using our CRM system
- Collaborate with installers and operations to ensure seamless project execution
- Stay current on fencing products and installation practices to provide expert advice
- Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate client availability (some evenings/weekends)
- Close deals with confidence while maintaining a customer-first approach
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience (fencing industry preferred, but not required)
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools
- Problem-solving mindset with a consultative sales approach
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
