What You'll Do
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will:
- Conduct in-home consultations with primarily residential clients (light commercial work as well)
- Assess fencing needs and recommend customized solutions
- Follow our structured sales process from consultation to close
- Create and present professional proposals
- Maintain accurate measurements, notes, and CRM records
- Collaborate with operations and installation teams for seamless execution
- Stay current on fencing products and best practices
- Maintain a flexible schedule to meet client availability (including evenings and occasional weekends)
- Close deals with confidence while delivering a customer-first experience

What We're Looking For
- 3 years of proven sales experience (home improvement or fencing preferred, not required)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Consultative sales mindset
- Comfortable working independently
- Proficient with CRM systems and sales tools
- Valid driver's license
- Flexible schedule - must work when qualified sales appointments are available
