Our North American Semiconductor group is searching for a Purchasing Coordinator to complete a variety of purchasing duties.
Key Responsibilities include:
- All procurement related tasks to include creating and maintaining purchase orders.
- Expedite, cancel and push-out orders as directed.
- Drop ship orders in coordination with suppliers.
- Set up new vendors
- Request quotes, price updates, tax codes and shipping terms.
Skills and Knowledge:
- MS Office, to include intermediate Excel skills, and similar business software applications.
- One to two years’ experience with inventory control and receiving experience.
- Experience with ERP (SAP or Oracle) preferred.
- General knowledge of verifying and receiving supplies and components from international and domestic suppliers
- Knowledge of HORIBA STEC parts a plus.
