QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in technical/business field (or equivalent experience)
- 3 years of quality control/inspection experience in aerospace or precision industries
- Experience with GD&T and precision measuring tools
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Technical aptitude (previous experience with machine tools is a plus)
- Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Team-oriented and able to work with minimal supervision

In this full-time role, you lead the charge on quality-overseeing inspection activities from incoming materials through final production, guiding your team to uphold the highest standards of precision and accuracy. Your day blends hands-on inspection using advanced measuring tools with strategic oversight, as you interpret technical drawings, ensure compliance with ISO and AS standards, and drive process improvements.
