We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to oversee all aspects of quality assurance and control within our manufacturing facility. In this role, you will ensure compliance with customer requirements, industry standards, and regulatory guidelines. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can mentor a team of quality professionals, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and maintain system integrity to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- QMS Management: Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001, AS9100, or other relevant standards.
- Audits & CAPA: Lead internal and external audits, and successfully coordinate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and build a high-performing team of quality engineers, inspectors, and technicians.
- Metrics & Analysis: Monitor and analyze key quality metrics (e.g., yield, defect rates, customer complaints) to lead performance-improving initiatives.
- Problem Solving: Lead root cause analysis and drive problem-solving using tools such as 5 Whys, Fishbone, FMEA, and Six Sigma methodologies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field (Advanced degree preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 5–7 years of quality management experience directly within a manufacturing environment.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001, AS9100, and quality tools/methodologies (SPC, FMEA, MSA, Six Sigma).
- Software Skills: Proficient in statistical analysis and quality software (e.g., Minitab, QMS systems).
- Certifications: Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Six Sigma certification is a strong plus.
Salary : $80,000 - $110,000
