What you will do as our Centerless Grinding Technician and Operator - Manufacturing Tech:
You operate and maintain grinding equipment to produce high-quality parts. After reviewing blueprints and operation sheets, you set up the equipment for optimum efficiency and conduct routine maintenance, such as checking fluid levels. You monitor grinder performance and quickly fix minor malfunctions. Committed to precision, you measure and test completed components, keeping accurate records for each job. You take pride in your work and assist supervisors in training team members.

THE CENTERLESS GRINDING TECHNICIAN AND OPERATOR - MANUFACTURING TECH WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We're looking for someone who meets these requirements:
- High school diploma, trade school experience, OR equivalency
- 2 years of grinding experience OR 3 years of experience working in manufacturing, production, or in a technical position
- Ability to set up and operate centerless grinding machines, OR the ability to learn to do so quickly
- Experience reading blueprints
- Proficiency with inspection equipment such as a micrometer, profilometer, and roundness gauge
- Proficiency in basic shop math
- Ability to stand throughout a shift in a machine shop environment
