- REQUIREMENTS:
- College / Bachelor’s Degree in Therapeutic Recreation or related field required
- CTRS certification preferred but not required
- 3-5 years of experience in Therapeutic Recreation, preferably in a long-term care setting
- Ability to plan, develop, implement, and evaluate individual and group recreation therapy interventions
- Proficient in documentation, including assessments, progress notes, and care plans
- Must be able to create individualized care plan goals and appropriate intervention
- Strong and approachable personality with excellent interpersonal skills
