Hopkins Care, LLC is seeking a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) to provide in-home assessments, supervisory visits, and limited clinical oversight for clients receiving non-medical home care services.
This is a 1099 independent contractor position, ideal for nurses seeking flexible, supplemental income with minimal scheduling requirements.
Responsibilities
- Conduct initial in-home client assessments (as needed)
- Complete service plan reviews for clients with higher care needs
- Perform periodic supervisory visits of caregivers (CNAs/PCAs)
- Evaluate client condition and report any changes
- Provide guidance and support to caregiving staff
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Ensure services remain within non-medical home care scope
Client Population
- Adults and seniors receiving home care services
- Clients requiring enhanced personal care support and supervision
This role does not involve ongoing skilled nursing care or full-time case management.

Pay: $23.65 - $40.00 per hour
