About Us:
Salvation Private Home Care is a Georgia-based pediatric home care agency serving medically fragile children through the Georgia Pediatric Program (GAPP). We are a licensed, Medicaid-approved provider committed to delivering skilled, compassionate care in the home setting.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a licensed RN in the Hinesville/Liberty County area for a flexible, part-time 1099 contract role. This is ideal as a supplemental income opportunity — work around your existing schedule with weekly pay and room to increase hours as we expand.
Schedule & Hours:
4 hrs/week to start. Opportunities to increase hours as we onboard new clients. Nurses interested in more hours can also work across multiple cases in the same or neighboring counties.
What You'll Do:
- Provide skilled nursing care in the client's home
- Complete nursing assessments and document per GAPP/Medicaid standards
- Educate and support family caregivers
- Monitor and report changes in client condition to the supervisory nurse
What We're Looking For:
- Current Georgia RN license (required)
- CPR certification (required)
- Pediatric or home health experience preferred
- Comfortable working independently in a home setting
- Willing to complete a background check
