What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist/Office Administrator position at Hopesource?
Hopesource is seeking applicants for a receptionist/office adminstrator role in our outpatient office located in Coal Grove, Ohio. Daily duties include answering phones, collecting client insurance and intake information, maintaining counselor schedules, and performing urine drug screens, including same sex observation. In addition, the position will provide administrative support including but not limited to, ordering and stocking office supplies, assisting with internal and external correspondence, and tracking and reporting of outcomes data.

Strong communication skills and ability to provide positive customer service both internally and externally are key to success. Required skills/experience
