As a Payroll Processing Specialist, you help keep our mission moving by ensuring every team member is paid accurately and on time. - Run accurate, on‑time payroll
- Update employee payroll records
- Handle wage changes deductions
- Ensure payroll law compliance
- Process payroll taxes filings
- Manage benefits deductions
- Prepare payroll reports Answer payroll questions clearly
Qualifications Needed
- HS diploma required; degree in accounting/finance/business preferred
- 1 years payroll processing experience
- Strong knowledge of payroll laws, taxes, and compliance
- Comfortable with payroll software (Paychex preferred) spreadsheets
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Clear, professional communication skills
- Strong organization time‑management
