Join Our Team as a Behavioral Assistant!
Schedule: Flexible, self scheduled 2 hour sessions approximately 2-3 times per week
Service Location: Support is provided at the child's home
Assignment Travel Time: Local travel within 1 hour of your home (assignments available in all areas of NJ)

Rate: $35 per hour

THE ROLE
As a Behavioral Assistant, you’ll work directly with children to support their emotional, social, and behavioral goals. You’ll collaborate with licensed clinicians, follow individualized plans, and help create a safe, encouraging environment where progress can flourish.
Your Impact Will Include:
- Supporting children in daily routines, skill-building, and community integration
- Implementing behavior support strategies under clinical guidance
- Documenting progress and communicating updates to the care team
- Encouraging independence, confidence, and positive coping skills
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of Bachelor's degree in related field
- Minimum of one year experience working with children in behavioral health, education, or caregiving
- Empathy, patience, clear communication, and a team-first mindset
- Valid driver’s license
