Position Summary:
The Case Aide supports the Family Empowerment Services (FES) program by assisting Program Supervisors and the Director in achieving established program goals. This role plays a critical part in service delivery and program operations through direct client engagement, coordination of services, and administrative support. The Case Aide helps ensure clients receive timely, responsive, and high-quality services that improve individual and family outcomes.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Provide direct client support to assist with service delivery, including engagement, follow-up, and collateral contacts.
· Support clients and families through transportation assistance to appointments, services, and community-based resources.
· Assist case managers and supervisors with administrative and documentation-related tasks, including maintaining accurate client records.
· Coordinate with internal staff and external partners to support continuity of care and service access.
· Participate in daily program activities, including community-based outreach and in-office responsibilities.
· Maintain professionalism and adherence to confidentiality, ethical standards, and agency policies at all times.
· Travel daily throughout the community and work on a flexible schedule as required by program needs.

· Ability to build and maintain respectful, professional relationships with clients, coworkers, and community partners.
· Demonstrated cultural humility and ability to work effectively with diverse children, youth, and families.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfort using electronic record systems.
· Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
· Ability to work independently while exercising sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
· Flexibility to adapt schedules and responsibilities to meet program and client needs, including emergencies.
Required Education and Experience:
· High School Diploma or GED required.
· Minimum of two (2) years of experience working in environments serving children, youth, and/or families preferred.
· Prior experience in social services, education, healthcare, or a related human services field is strongly preferred.
· Knowledge of child, youth, and family service systems and community resources is a plus.
Work Environment:
This position operates in a residential and office environment. Staff regularly use standard office equipment and may be required to stand, walk, and move throughout the building.
Physical Demands:
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.
