WHAT IT TAKES TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:

To succeed as a Case Aide, you need to be dependable, organized, and committed to helping children and families succeed. On a day-to-day basis, you’ll spend much of your time in the field – visiting homes, schools, and other locations – to provide support, check on children’s safety, and help families put into practice the skills they need to create a stable home.

The job also requires you to be comfortable balancing field work with administrative tasks. That means completing paperwork on time and coordinating with other team members and agencies. You should be ready to adapt to changing priorities, sometimes at short notice, while keeping the safety and well-being of

children as your top priority. If you can stay organized, manage your time well, and approach each family with respect and compassion – while following all policies and safety protocols - you will make a meaningful difference in the lives of the children and families we serve.
