What are the responsibilities and job description for the Experienced Residential Painter and Carpet Installer position at Hope Services LLC?
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated experienced painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks related to refurbishing homes including but not limited to painting, drywall repairs, and willing to learn carpet and vinyl flooring installation. If you are a hardworking individual with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn, we want to hear from you. We also offer bonuses based on performance.
Responsibilities:
- Assist crew with painting and paint prep
- De-trashing units (must be able to lift 40 pounds at times to help clear out homes)
-Must be able to tolerate cleaning and paint chemicals.
-May need to assist in cleaning the units
_ Assist in flooring prep and installation
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in general maintenance and painting is required
- Ability to climb ladders and bend to assist with maintenance tasks
- Ability to work as a team player and be able to follow directions
- Must have a valid driver's license
-Must be dependable due to time constraints with customers
