What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Receptionist position at Hope Medical Clinic, Inc.?
Hope Medical Clinic in Clinton, AR. is looking for a full time employee to add to our team.
- Schedule will be five days per week : Monday- Friday.
- Job Duties include but not limited to:
The individual will be responsible for answering telephone, scheduling appointments and the collection of co-pays/self pay fees for clinic services rendered.
They will be responsible for maintaining accurate patient contact information and updating patient insurance information at each visit.
The individual will be responsible for initiating and scheduling referral appointments with specialists in a timely manner.
The individual will import incoming faxes for the provider's review.
The individual will confirm next day appointments and ensure all necessary records have been obtained for the patient's appointment.
The individual will request and send medical records.
