Duties & Responsibilities
- Serve as the first line of support for employee inquiries related to all facets of Human Relations.
- Travel regularly to various company locations to build strong relationships with employees and leaders, providing on‑site support, coaching, and HR partnership.
- Respond promptly to employee and leadership inquiries, demonstrating accountability and exceptional customer service.
- Guide employees to appropriate HR partners (benefits, payroll, recruiting, ER, etc.) when specialized support is needed.
- Coordinate with HR team to ensure a consistent and employee‑centered experience throughout employment.
- Contribute to initiatives that enhance workplace culture, employee engagement, and retention.
- Participate in planning and delivering employee events, recognition programs, and communication campaigns.
- Proactively identify patterns or recurring issues and recommend solutions or training to improve the employee experience.
- Assist with HR process improvements and employee communications.

- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, industrial relations, or related field is required. A master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources or related field is required.
