Key Responsibilities:
Safely transport residents to and from appointments, medical facilities, and other locations as needed
Ensure the comfort and safety of residents during transportation, providing emotional support and assistance as required
Maintain accurate records of transportation routes, schedules, and resident status
Collaborate with healthcare staff to ensure timely and efficient transportation of residents
Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Illinois
Ability to lift, bend, and move residents as needed
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
