Overview
HOPE Community Services, Inc. is a leading outpatient treatment provider in south Oklahoma City. We provide compassionate trauma-informed care to individuals whose lives have been impacted by mental health and substance use disorders. We are seeking an Intensive Care Coordination Team (ICCT) Supervisor to provide leadership, coordination, and oversight for intensive care coordination services. This role supervises staff, supports program development, and ensures individuals with complex behavioral health needs receive consistent, high-quality care. About the Position
As the ICCT Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations and staff within the Intensive Care Coordination Team. You will provide supervision, training, and support to case managers while ensuring compliance with clinical, documentation, and performance standards. This role includes assisting with caseload coverage when needed, supporting staff development, and promoting a proactive, recovery-focused approach to client engagement.
About the Program
The Intensive Care Coordination Team (ICCT) provides enhanced case management and care coordination for individuals with complex behavioral health needs. This includes individuals who are newly entering services, recently discharged from psychiatric hospitalization, participating in assisted outpatient treatment, or requiring intensive care coordination.
The program focuses on proactive engagement, stabilization, and continuity of care to reduce hospitalizations and improve long-term recovery outcomes. The ICCT works collaboratively with internal programs, crisis services, hospitals, and community partners to ensure individuals receive timely, coordinated, and effective support in a trauma-informed environment.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in a mental health-related field, or Bachelor’s degree with at least two years of relevant behavioral health experience
- Ability to obtain and maintain DMHSAS CMII Certification
- Valid Oklahoma driver’s license and ability to transport clients as needed
- First Aid and CPR Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Therapeutic Options or approved safety training (must be maintained annually)
- Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Experience working with individuals with severe mental illness, crisis services, or intensive case management preferred

- Ability to coordinate complex services and manage multiple priorities
- Advanced organizational and technological skills, with the ability to manage multiple spreadsheets, databases, and systems accurately

- Ability to maintain accurate documentation and meet regulatory standards
