Hoover Energy Services has openings for Field Technician IV to help expand our efforts in the fast paced, and growing oil and gas market in the Permian Basin of West Texas and New Mexico.
Ideal candidate would have experience in the following:
o Complete Tech I, Tech II, Tech III
o Login to PLCs , HMIs and other Devices USB, Ethernet,
o HART and Rs485
o Modem Configuration with help
o Simple Modify HMI Programs from A->B
o Simple Modify PLC Programs
o Full Understanding of Comms
o Full Understanding Of Modbus
o Connect Devices and via industry protocols
o Setting Up VFDs while understanding the settings
o Read And Modify PLC TotalFlow Logic w/understanding the change
o Entry Level DSP Setup (Redlion)
o Equipment Commissioning
o Advanced Mechanical
o Setup Full E&H Line Up
o Be able to communicate verbally and in writing to other team members, as well as customers.
o Good knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook)
o Be able to pass a physical and drug screen including random drug screening.
o Candidate must have a clean driving record.
Experience:
4 years of experience as a Pump Technician/Pump Repair/Field Service
