Job Summary
We have an exciting opportunity for an Associate to join the Executive Compensation & Employee Benefits Group. Our cohesive and collaborative team offers a diverse multidisciplinary practice that provides the opportunity to work closely with shareholders, participate in business development initiatives, and engage in meaningful client-facing activities. Our platform encourages professional growth while delivering exceptional client service.
Required Skills
- You have 2–4 years of Executive Compensation and Employee Benefits experience at a law firm.
- You have experience with qualified employee benefits and executive compensation, including Section 409A, in transactional matters.
- You have experience drafting employment agreements, equity award agreements, and non-qualified deferred compensation plans.
- You possess strong oral and written communication skills and can work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- You have a J.D. degree with strong academic credentials.
- You are admitted in (and in good standing with), or taking steps to become admitted in, the applicable jurisdiction (Illinois, California, New York, or Washington, D.C.).
