Job Summary
Seeking an EHR Helpdesk Analyst with experience supporting Epic and healthcare IT systems in a clinical environment. The role involves troubleshooting technical issues, supporting end users, managing ServiceNow tickets, handling account access requests, and providing remote support for Epic applications and related systems.
Required Skills
- 2 years of Epic or EHR support experience in healthcare environments
- Experience with ServiceNow or enterprise ticketing systems
- Knowledge of Epic, Cerner, or other EHR platforms
- Strong troubleshooting and customer support skills
- Experience with account provisioning, password resets, and remote desktop support
Preferred Skills
- Epic certification (EpicCare, Ambulatory, Security, or Service Desk)
- Experience supporting Epic modules such as Ambulatory, Inpatient, ASAP, or HIM
- Understanding of HIPAA and healthcare IT environments
