In this role, you will lead and manage a Customer Site with 5 Field Service Engineers for the Honeywell Gas Analysis & Safety (HGAS) Global Services organization. You will apply your leadership skills to accelerate and find ways to inspire the team performance and develop the talent needed to deliver world-class service. You will enable deep and impactful engagements with a strategic client and deliver a positive customer experience. You will drive and improve operational performance and manage through clear metric and KPI reporting procedures. You will follow detailed work instructions and amend any outdated or incorrect instructions with help of Engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Key account & key Customer leadership experience with service professionals
- Oversees all activities at the site to include overall direction, operations to attain goals at levels which meet customers’ needs and established metrics
- Responsible for the overall safety, quality, performance, and customer experience of the operation
- Manage customer-funded service contract agreement execution & entitlements
- Establish and maintain exceptional Customer relationship
- Direct leadership of local on-site Honeywell Service Resources
- Ensure local on-site team is fully trained, certified, and equipped to be successful in execution
- Maintain Management Operating System (MOS) and reporting rigor
- Work with internal support to recruit, vet, and hire quality candidates to join team when required
- Single point of escalation for Customer and Employees
- Understands and demonstrates Honeywell’s core values and Leadership Principles in leading the site
- Perform all day-to-day
aspects of the position in support of direct and cross-functional stakeholders
