Honeywell is currently recruiting a General Manager to lead GAS’s newest acquisition, Rebellion Photonics. The candidate must be able to lay a strong foundation for excellence in commercial and operational performance, and consistently deliver top-line growth and expanded income. The ideal candidate must have proven ability to maximize revenue and profitability in good times and bad. S/he will have direct responsibility for all functions that touch the Rebellion business (Marketing, R&D, ISC, Service, etc.). In this role, you will drive key metrics including pricing, delivery, and inventory. You will provide direction for R&D and operations, develop marketplace opportunities and assist sales pursuits, oversee internal processes, and provide leadership in the achievement of common goals. The GM must create a safe and engaged workforce and drive customer satisfaction improvements through strong partnerships with key customers and suppliers
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the global P&L for the Rebellion business within the Gas Analysis and Safety enterprise
- Own, develop and drive the Rebellion strategic plan that will drive increased market share.
- Build a robust management operating system that establishes efficient processes and enhances operational productivity, cost management and profitability.
- Define and execute the product and technology roadmap to create platforms to serve our customers in a differentiated way.
- Drive operations, sourcing and finance functions to a common vision and deliver best-in-class performance, on-time delivery, quality, and service that exceed customer expectations.
- Attract and develop top talent to drive the growth of this business. Partner with HR to build the talent roadmap, improve the current structure and create capability.
- Ensure the organization’s activities comply with Honeywell Code of Conduct and all quality/regulatory requirements, policies, procedures and business ethics.
