The IT Director – HRSD ServiceNow will create the strategy for and assure effective IT delivery of the HR Portal using HRSD ServiceNow Platform within Honeywell. The Director will interface with business leaders to define requirements, and drive execution of growth, Innovative solutions, and competencies to successfully overcome the business challenges via solutions enabled by existing and emerging information technology. This leader will be a key member of the Human Resources IT leadership team, engaging in all aspects of running the business, with a specialization in the use of IT / digital technologies to fulfill business objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Lead the HRSD ServiceNow service within Honeywell IT
- Manage multiple teams of IT professionals
- Develop business IT strategy
- Manage overall IT digital roadmap for both services
- Set IT priorities within the services
- Drive continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance and security posture
- Manage expenses to IT Annual Operating Plan
- Run MOS for solution delivery
- Provide IT updates to business
- Educate HR execs and team members on emerging technologies
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams like Finance, Corporate Comms
