Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced IT Coordinator with a strong background in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM). The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our operational processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in managing IT operations and a deep understanding of ServiceNow ITOM functionalities.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the operations team to ensure seamless IT service delivery and operational excellence.
- Implement and optimize ServiceNow ITOM solutions to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
- Develop and maintain operational metrics and KPIs to measure performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to align operational strategies with business objectives.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with IT operations and service delivery.
- Provide training and support to team members on ServiceNow ITOM best practices and tools.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
- Prepare and present operational reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and improvement initiatives.
Mandatory Skills
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration.
- Proven experience in managing IT operations and service delivery in a complex environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with a focus on data driven decision making.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with ITIL framework and best practices.
- Familiarity with other ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITAM, and ITBM.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies and their impact on IT operations.
- Project management experience, preferably with certifications such as PMP or Agile methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor''s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7 10 years of experience in IT operations management, with a focus on ServiceNow ITOM.
- Relevant certifications in ServiceNow ITOM or related IT management frameworks are a plus.
