Key Responsibilities
• Financial oversight and accountability for Honeywell UPT’s equipment business ($700-$800M)
• Full accountability for delivering quarterly income and cash generation targets
• Lead a team of ~3-4 finance employees, along w/respective matrixed reports’
• Drive forecast meetings with business leaders to prepare a realistic, fact-based outlook for the month, quarter, and year
• Prepare Annual Operating Plan for the equipment business and provide key data for long-range planning (STRAP) activities
• Work directly with equipment business leaders to provide sound financial models for new projects and validate expected financial performance, margins, cash flow, and other key metrics
• Manage financial performance and key working capital metrics on a monthly/quarterly basis
• Provide detailed analyses and bridges to show actual results vs forecast, AOP, and PY
