THE POSITION
As a Program Director here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of program managers to ensure the successful execution of programs within the Aerospace sector. Your strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams will be essential in delivering successful outcomes for Honeywell's programs.
You will report directly to our General Manager and you’ll work out of our Broomfield, CO or Plymouth, MN location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact comprehensive strategic alignment, program efficiency, quality assurance, timely delivery, issue resolution, data analysis, reporting, cost management, cross-functional collaboration, process improvement, risk management, team leadership, mentoring and development, compliance, stakeholder engagement, strategic planning, planning accuracy, change management, and organizational growth.
