As a Director of Strategic Planning, AIS here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in shaping the future direction of the Advanced Industrial Solutions (AIS)business within Solstice Advanced Materials, which Honeywell is preparing to spin off in late 2025/early 2026 as a leading provider of sustainability-focused specialty chemicals and materials, with approximately $3.8 billion in revenue. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives that align with the company's overall business goals and objectives. Your strategic thinking, analytical skills, and business acumen will be essential in driving growth and profitability for AIS.
You will report directly to our Chief Development Officer (CDO) and work out of the Solstice Advanced Materials headquarters in Morris Plains, NJ. This role offers a hybrid work schedule, allowing for a combination of remote and on-site work.
