As a Sr Supplier Quality Engineer here at Honeywell, you will report to Sr Engineer Supply Quality Engineer Manager. You will work out of our Northford, CT location on an On-Site work schedule. - Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address and prevent quality issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve supplier quality concerns and enhance supplier performance.
- Monitor supplier quality metrics to identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.

YOU MUST HAVE
- Must have over 3 years of experience in supplier quality engineering or a related role.
- Must have over 3 years of quality engineering practices and methodologies, including supplier audits and root cause analysis.
- Proficiency in driving supplier performance improvement initiatives and implementing corrective actions.
- Experience with quality metrics monitoring and cross-functional collaboration to resolve supplier quality issues.
- Familiarity with industry quality standards and regulatory requirements applicable to supplier quality.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Experience leading supplier quality improvement projects and driving continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies or PMP certification.
- Strong project management skills and ability to influence and negotiate with suppliers.
- A continuous improvement mindset and commitment to quality excellence.
