As a Project Management Leader here at Honeywell, you will take charge of overseeing service projects end to end with full P&L responsibilities. You will report directly to our Regional LOB General Manager and you’ll work out of our Portland, ME location on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the overall success and profitability of service projects by managing financial performance, maintaining high-quality standards, and delivering exceptional customer service throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage service projects from initiation through completion, ensuring end-to-end delivery excellence.
- Oversee P&L responsibilities including budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance monitoring.
- Ensure quality standards are met and continuously improved across all project phases.
- Drive superior customer service and satisfaction by managing stakeholder expectations and communication.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to optimize project execution and resource allocation.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Extensive experience in project management with proven P&L ownership and financial acumen.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems and customer service excellence in project environments.
- Expertise in managing end-to-end service projects including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency with project management tools and software for scheduling, resource management, and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience leading complex service projects with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Knowledge of financial management principles and P&L accountability.
- Ability to foster collaboration and maintain high customer satisfaction.
