Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage site support activities to ensure operational continuity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve site-related issues promptly.
- Monitor site support processes and implement improvements to enhance service delivery.
- Support on-boarding activities of direct-hire and subcontract employees.
- Assist with planning and coordination of employee engagement events and site communications.
YOU MUST HAVE
- 1 years of proven experience in manufacturing site support coordination or related administrative roles.
- Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- Experience in coordinating site operations within a large industrial or corporate environment.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to manage multiple site activities effectively.
- Proficiency in using site management tools and software to track and report support activities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and manage escalations efficiently.
