Job Description Hardware Engineer II Clearwater, FL Hybrid You will report directly to our Engineering Manager and you’ll work out of our Clearwater, Florida location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the success of hardware projects by applying your technical expertise to develop innovative solutions that enhance product quality and performance. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in the design and development of hardware systems, including schematic capture and PCB layout. • Conduct hardware testing and validation to ensure product performance and reliability. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define hardware requirements and specifications. Qualifications YOU MUST HAVE • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics. • 2+ years of experience in hardware design and development. • Strong knowledge of hardware design principles and methodologies. • Proficiency in schematic capture and PCB layout tools. • Experience with hardware testing and validation processes. WE VALUE • Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. • Experience with high-speed digital and analog circuit design. • Knowledge of FPGA and microcontroller-based designs. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
