Job Description
As a Assembler Level 1 here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for assembling components and products with precision and care. Your attention to detail will ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards and contribute to customer satisfaction.
You will report directly to our Production Supervisor and you’ll work out of our Danville, KY location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the efficiency and quality of our manufacturing operations, contributing significantly to customer satisfaction and the overall success of our products.

Assemble components and products according to specifications and quality standards.
Conduct quality checks on assembled products to ensure compliance with company standards.
Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and meet deadlines effectively.

YOU MUST HAVE
Proven experience in assembly or a similar role.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Familiarity with quality control standards and safety regulations.
Proficiency in using various hand tools and measuring instruments.

Relevant technical degree or certification in manufacturing or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
