As a Physical Security Technology Manager at Honeywell Aerospace, you will play a crucial role in supporting the implementation and migration of Honeywell Aerospace Security Applications. This role operates at a Senior Manager level within the organization and serves as a strategic leader for physical security technology across the enterprise. The position partners extensively with Director‑ and Vice President‑level stakeholders across Security, IT, Facilities, and Business Leadership to define and execute company‑wide security technology strategies. The incumbent is expected to provide strategic direction, make decisions with significant impact to budgets, enterprise architecture, and facilities operations, and influence long‑term investment planning. Responsibilities extend beyond site‑level execution to include enterprise governance, prioritization of initiatives, and accountability for outcomes that affect multiple businesses and global locations.

Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work collaboratively with like-minded, innovative, and passionate people to foster excellence and success.
- Build physical security systems strategy and policy for Honeywell Aerospace global portfolio.
- Project manage the implementation of access control systems, site coordination and commissioning.
- Assist in the management of incident response efforts to minimize downtime and mitigate security threats.
- Oversee the operational use of physical security systems (ProWatch, Maxpro, Lenel), including access control, surveillance, and ancillary systems.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant security regulations and standards.
- Provide training for staff on systems operations.
- Manage relationships with security vendors and contractors.
- Manage IT partnership and ensuring solutions adhere to the IT policies.
- Issue and manage user support, application onboarding and training.
- Support program manager with implementation standards and system controls in support of Unified Access strategies.
- Support GSOC operations and integrations of Physical Security Information Management.
YOU MUST HAVE
- 6 years of experience in Electronic Security focused on Enterprise Access Control and CCTV.
- In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity technologies, frameworks, and best practices.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor a high-performing team.
- Hands-on experience with Azure and AWS cloud architecture and related security controls.
- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Mathematics, IT/MIS, or related Engineering subject, with an emphasis in Information Security.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and experience managing security teams.
- Great interpersonal skills; the ability to negotiate and influence persuasively, but politely.
