Overview
We’re hiring a Technical Account Manager to support and grow a portfolio of commercial service accounts. This role is ideal for someone who can build strong client relationships, understand technical service work, and drive long-term account growth.
You’ll act as the key link between clients and service teams, ensuring work is delivered effectively and expectations are consistently exceeded.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and grow existing client accounts
- Serve as the main point of contact for service needs and issue resolution
- Partner with field and operations teams to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Lead client check-ins, performance reviews, and renewal conversations
- Monitor service performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Identify and support additional service opportunities within accounts
- Maintain accurate account activity within CRM systems
What You Need
- 5 years in account management, service delivery, or client-facing roles
- Experience in HVAC, mechanical, facilities, or technical services strongly preferred
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to clients
- Strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills
- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce or similar)
