You will report directly to our Sr Systems Eng Manager and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule. Note: For the first 90 days, New Hires must be prepared to work 100% onsite M-F.

- Provide successful execution of complex engineering projects.
- Follow security measures and compliance standards to safeguard systems and data.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot system problems and provide solutions.
- Be willing to learn multiple roles within the team to enhance overall team performance.
- Work effectively as a team player, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum 4 years of experience in systems engineering and project leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics
- Knowledge in systems integration, implementation, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with EPIC systems and their integration processes.
- Proficiency in tools and technologies such as share point, MS Access and ability.
- Experience in leading complex system integration projects.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Passion for innovation and continuous learning.
- Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving capability.
- Ability to work as a team player.
